Marquardt School District 15 has launched our staff directory. Check it out and tell us what you think. It should be easy to navigate with accurate and detailed staff contact information!

We know that circumstances may occur during the academic year that require our student's parents or guardians to contact staff.

The following procedure has been prepared to instruct parents or guardians on whom to direct their questions and concerns to guarantee a timely and informative response. By following this procedure, the school district can address the parent or guardian's concern or issue while also meeting the student's requirements.

• • Contact the Child's Teacher first. (Since the teacher knows the student best, they are your first person of contact to ask about the child's academic progress and classroom conduct.)
  • School building Principal (Parents or guardians should seek assistance from the building administration if further guidance is needed. Depending on the situation, that person may refer the parent or guardian to a specific department or person.)

  
  

  If the situation remains unresolved, the following order of contacts should occur:

  • First, the director of the department who supervises the area most related to the inquiry
  • Then, the assistant superintendent who handles the department area most related to the inquiry
  • Next, the superintendent of schools

  
  

  Finally, if the situation remains unresolved after speaking with the superintendent, the school board is the final group with whom to communicate your question or concern. You can communicate with the board of education via email or by attending a board of education meeting.
