The Stallion Way: Behavior Expectations
Behavior Expectations are taught and reviewed at least three times a year and referred to daily. This poster can be seen in all classrooms and common areas.
PACE Tickets are given out the students who are exemplifying our Behavior Expectations. Students can use these for class drawings, to earn prizes, or buy items from class shops. Upper grades use an alternate version of this called, "positives."
October Monthly Focus
Precise Problem Statement:
6 out of the 8 grade levels express the need for students to show more responsibility in the learning environment.
Smart Goal:
By the end of October we will have 6 out 8 grade levels will indicate a reduction in the number of disruptive behaviors in the classroom by implementing clear rules and behavior management strategies.
