Troubleshooting Tips for Students Dropping from Teams Calls
Issue: My student drops from Microsoft Teams calls throughout the day consistently.
Background: Usually this is due to a poor Internet connection. There have been intermittent Microsoft Teams issues, but typically if there is a strong Internet connection they can stay on.
Solution: We are seeing a 1-2 drops a day for some students, but if your student is experiencing a higher number of that on a consistent basis try some of the troubleshooting tips in the video below.
