Happy New Year! January, 2020

Lindsey Tate has accepted the position of the Cardinal's Nest program director. Lindsey is a certified teacher and has several years of preschool and elementary teaching experience. Lindsey has also served in the role of program director at the Cardinal's Nest during the summer. Lindsey has one son named Luke. Luke is a 4th grader at Central Elementary.

Adrienne Vickerman will be joining the Cardinal's Nest staff as the head office monitor. Adrienne has both school office and teaching experience. She is moving from an associate teacher position at Central/GSRP to her new position at the Cardinal's Nest. Adrienne has two daughters. Her daughter Jensen is a DHS graduate and currently attends U of M Ann Arbor. Her daughter Ellerie is a 5th grader at Hahn.

Katie Rivette will be teaming with lead GSRP teacher Rachel Meinburg in the role of associate teacher in the Cardinal's Nest GSRP classroom. Katie is moving from her associate teacher position at Central/GSRP to the Cardinal's Nest. Katie has one daughter named Hailee. Hailee is a freshman at Davison High School.

Amanda is our new lead GSRP certified teacher replacing Lindsey Tate at Central/GSRP in room 5. Amanda comes to us with several years of GSRP teaching experience. Amanda has one daughter named Alison. Alison is 24 and attends the Paul Mitchell school in Grand Rapids.

Rachel Meinburg is in her 2nd year of preschool teaching at the Cardinal's Nest. Rachel recently became a full time GSRP lead teacher. Rachel will be getting married in August. Her married name will be Rachel Lewandowski.

Rejeanna will be beginning at Central/GSRP as the new associate teacher in room 5. Rejeanna is replacing Adrienne Vickerman. Rejeanna has been with us this year as a long term sub for Heidi Alcodray during Alicia Bautista's maternity leave.

Rejeanna has three daughters. Jolene is at DHS. Jenna is DMS and Jaylin is at Hahn.

We are welcoming Alicia Bautista back to her classroom at Central/GSRP as the lead teacher in room 3. Alicia is returning from maternity leave and has a new beautiful daughter, Marzia Marguerite. Alicia also has a son named Luciano. Luciano is a kindergartener at Thomson Elementary.

Heidi recently finished the GSRP lead teacher long term sub position at Central/GSRP. She is returning to her associate teacher position teaming with Alicia Bautista. Heidi will be filling the long term sub position for Robin Waite when she begins her leave in February. Heidi has three children, Abigail is in 7th grade at DMS, Lydia is in 5th grade at Hahn, and Lawson is in 3rd grade at Central in Davison.

Robin will be taking a long term maternity leave starting in February. Heidi Alcodray will be subbing for Robin during her leave. Robin has two children, Nick is a 5th grader at Hahn and Maddie is a 6th grader at Hahn. Her and her husband will be welcoming their new baby in February.

Frank Havasi is beginning in the p.m. school age latchkey room at the Cardinal's Nest. Frank also works at Hahn as a special education parapro with DMS teacher Bob Konzman. Frank has one daughter, Kelsie. She attends middle school in Pinckney.

Pavianna Kunkel is the assistant teacher in the 3 year old full day classroom at the Cardinal's Nest. Pavianna recently welcomed her new daughter Elliana Louise. Pavi will be returning to the Cardinal's Nest in March.
