OBJECTIVES

The Early Childhood Forum meetings will include topics and resources of critical interest to programs including Preschool special education, developmentally appropriate practices, professional development opportunities, and Step Up to Quality/licensing updates. Additional technical assistance or specific workgroup time will be made available after the meeting ends upon request. Please contact Courtney Seman at seman@sstr2.org.

Participants from Lorain, Erie, and Huron Counties will receive a free copy of Building Blocks for Teaching Young Children in Inclusive Settings, Fourth Edition.

AUDIENCE

Preschool Special Education Supervisors and/or Public School Preschool Directors/Coordinators; Private Preschool or Child Care Directors/Coordinators should contact their CCR&R for support

OHIO APPROVED CONTACT HOURS

This forum is Ohio Approved. Participants will earn 12 OCCRRA professional development hours after attending all scheduled forums during the 2024-2025 school year. Optional pre-registration is available at registry.occrra.org using code training code "ST10144510." Administrators who are not in the Ohio Professional Registry do not need to register. They can be provided a Certificate of Attendance upon request.
