Happy New School Year!
Here is more information for our first week back at school.
August 13th
Meet and Greet
1st - 5th grade families please join us on Tuesday, August 13th from 4:00 to 5:00 pm for Meet and Greet. Come pick up a back pack and school supplies for your child (if needed), drop off supplies in the classroom and meet your teachers. Kindergarten families please plan on dropping off materials between 4:30 and 5:00 pm on August 13th. Then there will be a quick Kindergarten Orientation from 5:00 - 5:30 pm
As a part of Meet and Greet, please join us on the blacktop, near the playground from 5:00 - 6:00 pm to enjoy some Mexican street corn. Many thanks to our Cafe con Leche parent group for organizing this event!
August 14th
1st Day for Kindergarten
8:45 - 9:00 am - Drop off for students to the Kindergarten classrooms and parents/family members please join us for Tissues and Tea for in the Cafeteria. This is a great place to meet other kindergarten families.
August 15th
1st Day for 1st - 5th grade students
7:45 - 8:00 am - Drop off for students in grades Kindergarten through 5th grades.
We will have new Hug and Go lanes on Garfield and 6th street blocked off with orange cones. Please watch the video below with detailed instructions. We hope that this change will provide further safety for our students as they arrive or leave school each day. Thanks for your patience as we start this new system.
