What's Up At The Nest...
Principal's Message
We have had an incredible first couple of days welcoming students back to OMS! Seeing their smiling eyes come through the door, eager to learn, has been amazing. We look forward to a joyful, successful school year! Thank you to all of our families for your patience during arrival and dismissal. These are two of our busiest times and we appreciate your support in following our routines. We look forward to seeing you at our upcoming Curriculum Night. Please see additional details below.

A few quick reminders from the Health Office:
Kindergarten and all New to Olive Students need a Physical, Dental Exam, and Vision Screening by an Eye Doctor. In addition, all Second Graders need an updated Dental Exam.
Covid Screening and Management Protocols have changed and continue to do so frequently. We are following the guidance of the Illinois and Cook County Departments of Public Health for Schools. As we practiced last year, please do not send any of your students to school if a household member is experiencing Covid symptoms. Reach out to me and we will go over the steps required to have your children return to school as quickly as possible.
Thank you in advance for your continued support and partnership in keeping Olive a safe and healthy place for everyone!
