Dear Parents & Carers,
Thank you all for your continued support.
Year 6 SATs Week:
Next week marks a significant milestone for our Year 6 pupils as they embark on their Key Stage 2 statutory assessments, commonly known as SATs. We are incredibly proud of how diligently they have prepared and their positive attitudes are a testament to their hard work. Throughout the year, our school values of respect, resilience, independence, teamwork, and excellence have been central to their learning journey. It has been inspiring to witness the support they've shown for each other, demonstrating true teamwork and resilience.
Please join us in wishing them the best of luck for their assessments next week, your continued encouragement and support mean a great deal to them and to us as a school community.
Value Awards Ceremony (Reception - Year 5):
As you may recall, earlier this year, we announced our plans to celebrate the exceptional efforts of our Reception to Year 5 pupils who consistently exemplify our school values. We are thrilled to confirm that the Value Awards Ceremony is scheduled for an evening in July.
This will be a special occasion where we recognise five children from each class who have consistently demonstrated respect, resilience, independence, teamwork, and excellence throughout the academic year. Our school values lie at the core of everything we do, shaping the culture of our school and guiding our children towards personal and academic success.
Our Year 6 awards will of course be shared in their leavers assembly.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best Regards,
Mr Ayre
