Counselor Message
Dear Parents and Guardians,
Happy New Year! As we begin 2025, it’s a wonderful time to set positive intentions and goals for the months ahead. January offers an opportunity for fresh starts, and I encourage you to talk with your child about what they hope to achieve academically, socially, and personally this year.
This month, our school is focusing on fostering resilience and kindness. These qualities not only help students navigate challenges but also strengthen our community. Here are a few tips to support your child at home:
- Encourage open communication: Let your child know they can talk to you about their feelings and challenges.
- Celebrate small successes: Recognizing effort and progress, no matter how small, builds confidence.
- Model kindness: Simple acts of kindness at home set a powerful example for your child.
Additionally, we here to support your child with any concerns or challenges they may face. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us if you have questions or need guidance.
Wishing you and your family a year filled with growth and joy!
Warm regards,
Jillian Chambers and Amber Onkst, school counselors

-New users will need to create an account which requires some basic information, a valid email address and a rewards card.
