creating the town you don't want to leave...
- The City received several applications for the Community Grant & Event Program. We will be reviewing the applications soon & announce the awards.
- Exploratory work is being done on the community center spa to assess what repairs are needed.
- Bids are due this week on the Dry Fork Greenway project. This project is located between the N. Main low water bridge and N. Marietta Street bridge between Kennedy & Main Streets. This is a natural solution to allieviate flooding by increasing the area the river can expand & release water slowly.
- Sitework @ the corner of Tracy & Hwy 69, across from the Fire Station is underway. This is the Flats At Coates Crossing, a Senior Independent Living Apartments.
choose your attitude!
I have lived in ES for all of my life. The town is rather small so its easy to get to know everyone. There are lots to do & it all is easy to walk to. The new Community Center in town is amazing & a great place to spend your time. We have small local businesses that are personable & can't be found anywhere else. I have loved living here & am glad to call this place my home. Read it on www.niche.com
