Good afternoon! I hope you had a wonderful weekend. As we prepare to close out the school year for the 2023-2024 school year, I want to take a minute to thank you for your continued support. This has been a great year, and we are thankful for the great relationships we've been able to build with our students and families. End-of-Year Information from the Library

All library books will need to be turned in to the library this week. Fines will be assigned for those books not turned in by the end of the day on May 24th.

Chromebooks will be collected on Friday, May 24th. Please check at home to see if students have extra chargers. Thank you!

Final Week Dates and Details

Final Exams - May 21st-24th *We will have at least one final each day during the four last days of school.

Career Expo - May 22nd

Field Day for All Students - May 23rd

8th Grade Celebration - May 24th

Yearbook Distribution - May 24th

Last Day of School - May 24th (Release at Noon) *We will have a final on this day, so attendance is important.

Additional Notes about 8th grade Celebration

Parents and guardians who are attending the 8th grade celebration will need to enter the building no earlier than 10:00 am. Please park by the gym and enter the door at the end of the main building. Following the walk-through, you're welcome to join us in the cafeteria for time with your students. Students will return to class at approximately 11:00. (We will also need to prepare the cafeteria for serving lunch at that time.).

Please complete the form below if you plan on attending. If you're unable to attend, we will post the walk-through on our STMS Facebook page. You're welcome to bring small gifts, but please do not bring flowers in glassware or balloons. Please let me know if you have any questions.

SUMMER SCHOOL INFORMATION FOR 8TH GRADE FAMILIES

Be sure to use the link below to sign up for summer school. For those students who will be starting high school in the fall, summer school is the perfect opportunity to earn high school credit before the school year even starts. Students who pass summer school can earn up to one credit by taking health and PE online. This is a great way to start high school. Please let us know if you have any questions.
