Foundations of Legacy Gala - November 16, 2024
As we approach the date of our Foundations of Legacy Gala, we thank everyone who has already committed to making this event a success. Your enthusiasm and support are what make BCS such a special community.
Auction Items Needed:
We still need auction items for both our live and silent auctions. Donations of goods, services, or unique experiences greatly enhance our fundraising efforts. Whether it’s a piece of art, a service from your business, or tickets to an event, your contributions are invaluable.
Legacy Awards Nominations:
This is also a final call for nominations for our Legacy Awards. We are looking to honor outstanding teachers, alumni, and families who exemplify our school’s values and have made significant contributions to our community. If you know someone deserving, please submit your nominations through the links below.

BCS Highlights
2nd Grade Field Trip
Recently, 2nd Graders took a field trip to the Brazoria County Courthouse in Angleton after studying how the government operates. They met with Judge Pfeiffer, and he shared with the kids about his job and experience. He let the kids check out each section of the courtroom. The kids got to enter the jury room and even his private office. The 2nd Graders had a wonderful day!
10th Grade Boys - ABC Texas Gulf Coast Construction Exhibition
A group of 10th grade boys had the opportunity to attend the ABC Texas Gulf Coast Construction Exhibition. They were able to take part in hands on activities and learn about careers in the construction field.

1st Grade Pumpkin Parade
Mrs. Liles's 1st Grade Class had a Pumpkin Parade last week! Students decorated their pumpkins as book characters and displayed them for a "parade" of visitors. Great job, 1st graders!
BCS Butterfly Garden
8th Grader, Clara Sterzinger, along with her Girl Scout Troop put in a butterfly garden for our BCS campus to enjoy. They built the boxes, planted the flowers, and made all of the additions. We are proud of your Clara!
