The 2025-26 FAFSA application is now available for completion at FAFSA.gov. The Free Application for Federal Student Aid, or FAFSA, is your first stop in applying for federal and state financial aid to help cover college expenses. Beginning with this academic year, FAFSA completion is now a graduation requirement for all 2025 seniors attending public high schools in Oklahoma.
Opt-out option: If you would prefer not to complete the FAFSA, you must submit a completed Opt-Out form, which can be found on the district website at FAFSA Resources or in the counselor’s office. You can also visit the website for helpful guides for navigating the FAFSA process, answers to frequently asked questions, and a quick guide to completing the FAFSA in 5 simple steps.

Will Rogers Elementary Scholarship
Will Rogers Elementary School PTO will be awarding a $500 scholarship to an eligible Edmond high school senior. All participating applicants should complete the application form and submit an essay about a memorable event, teacher or staff member from their time at Will Rogers. The winning scholarship recipient will be notified and will be asked to share their essay with Will Rogers students and teachers during a school event to be determined by the winning student and our principal.

Cameron Impact Scholarship
Applications for the impact-driven, four-year, full-tuition Cameron Impact Scholarship are officially open for the CLASS OF 2026. The Cameron Impact Scholarship is impact-driven and open to all applicants who meet the GPA and citizenship requirements, regardless of race, socioeconomic status, religion, sexual orientation or any other background factors. Integrity, intelligence, motivation, work ethic, and willingness to serve others are the strongest indicators of a worthy educational investment.

BIG SUN Scholarship
The BigSun Organization is proud to be able to continue to help young athletes succeed in their academic pursuits. We are offering an annual scholarship to a deserving student. All student athletes are eligible for this award, regardless of which sport they are participating in or what their capacity in that sport is. Deadline is June 19, 2025. OKLAHOMA STATE UNIVERSITY COWBOY CONCURRENT
- Applications Open: Applications are now being accepted for summer and fall enrollment. 8-week summer classes begin in June, and our 16-week fall classes start in August.
- Dual Credit Opportunities: Concurrent Cowboys can earn dual credit, which will be reflected in both their college and high school transcripts.
- Flexible Options: Students can apply with or without test scores and have the option to enroll in courses online or on campus.
- Enrollment: Advising appointments begin in March, and registration for summer and fall opens at the end of April—apply today!
Tuition and Fee Waivers for Oklahoma Residents:
- Oklahoma juniors and seniors enrolled in Cowboy Concurrent Online courses are only responsible for textbook and proctoring fees for up to 18 credit hours during their senior year. Oklahoma Juniors are eligible for up to 9 credit hours.
- Course fees for Cowboy Concurrent Online courses are waived, allowing students with a concurrent tuition waiver to take classes at only the cost of books, proctoring fees, and course materials.
- Tuition waivers apply to courses on the OSU main campus or in online courses outside of Cowboy Concurrent Online. However, fees may vary; students are encouraged to consult their advisor for specific cost details.

Oklahoma American Legion Boys State is an intense week of non-partisan leadership, government, and patriotism sponsored by the American Legion of Oklahoma. Delegates to Boys State have just completed their junior year of high school and have been selected by their local American Legion Post as a representative of the best of their community. ACT Practice Tests
StudyPoint has several Virtual Practice Tests coming up, which provide students with the opportunity to get a taste for what the SAT or ACT exam is like. These practice tests are free, and there’s no limit to how many you can take. They can be especially helpful for students who are on the fence about whether to take the SAT or the ACT. In addition, all participants will receive a free score analysis that shows you how you did in different areas, which can help to identify where additional review will be the most helpful.

YOUTH LEADERSHIP FORUM
YLF is for students with disabilities! It is critical students with disabilities identify themselves with pride, as individuals and as members of their community. YLF offers students with common experiences the opportunity to learn from each other in a framework of history and an atmosphere of encouragement.To be eligible to attend, a student must complete an application, be an Oklahoma resident in the 10th, 11th, or 12th grade and have a disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act.

INFANT CRISIS VOLUNTEER
2025 Infant Crisis Summer Teen Program, this is a great opportunity for teens ages 13 – 17, who would like to gain new leadership and team building skills. The 2025 Summer Teen Program begins June 2, 2025 – July 31, 2025. The teen must be 13 years old buy June 1. Below are 3 options in how teens can participate and receive credit hours for school or scholarship requirements.
Option 1 – Volunteer 3 days during the summer either June or July for 9 credit hours.
Option 2 – Volunteer 3 days during the summer either June or July plus collect diapers, wipes and financial donations for up to 30 credit hours.
Option 3 – Volunteer virtually! This is a great option for teens who have a busy summer schedule and are unable to volunteer in person. Collect diapers and financial donations from your location for up to 30 credit hours.

Oklahoma Hall of Fame Teen Board
Teen Board is a statewide board open to high school students, grades 9th - 12th in the Fall of 2025. This program provides students with unique opportunities to meet extraordinary Oklahomans while developing interview and resume skills, committee leadership experience, fundraising knowledge, financial literacy, and career development skills.
Teen Board meets once a month from August to February, with meetings held on Tuesdays from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Oklahoma Hall of Fame | Gaylord-Pickens Museum. Dinner is provided at every meeting.

UCO COUNSELING
The Center for Brief Counseling - a service provided by the University of Central Oklahoma
NOW ACCEPTING CLIENTS
The Center for Brief Counseling is available to adults, couples, families, teens, and children. I encourage guardians to take advantage of counseling sessions while their child is in session or schedule family sessions along with individual sessions for the entire family.
A limited number of counseling sessions are NOW available with sessions filling quickly. Sessions during the Spring 2025 semester will occur on Tuesday or Wednesday evenings at 5:15 and 6:15 with the intake session on Feb. 4 or 5 and the first counseling session on Feb. 11 or 12. There is no fee charged for sessions. You will be responsible for the visitor lot parking fee.
Counseling is provided by students who are completing their final semester in a graduate counseling program. Supervision is provided by the program coordinator and clinic supervisor, Dr. Lea Ann Garcia, a licensed professional counselor (LPC), and state-approved LPC supervisor. The Center complies with the ethical standards of the American Counseling Association.
