  ⏰ Time: 8:00 - 10:30 p.m. No entrance after 9:00 p.m. No re-entry (once a student leaves, they may not re-enter).
  📍Location: Lakeville South High School
  🎫 Tickets: $15 each (The access code is your student ID found in Infinite Campus). Dance tickets are ONLY available online. No cash ticket sales at the door.
• Please bring your student ID or your digital ID on your cell phone's IC account. This will be verified to enter the dance.
• If a student brings a guest from outside of the Lakeville School District, the Guest Form needs to be filled out and returned in advance of the event. These can be retrieved from the Dean's Office or you can print a copy at home (Click Here). No guests over 20 years old.

Lakeville Area Schools offers an optional protection plan for student devices (iPads). Payment for device protection must be made by Friday, Oct. 18, 2024.

Annual Cost: $25 per student. Reduced price options are available based on Educational Benefit Status.

Coverage begins upon receipt of the payment. Payment must be submitted via the Infinite Campus School Store by Friday, Oct. 18 to have coverage for the school year. New families joining the district will have 2 weeks from enrollment to add coverage.

The protection plan does not cover lost devices and lost, stolen, damaged or inoperable charging cords.

Reminder ... Parking passes are available for pick up in Room B176. Next week, we will begin issuing parking tickets if you do not have a parking pass visibly displayed.

Parking passes are available for either year-long or semester-long duration. They can be picked up beginning the first day of school or purchased during the semester. See complete details regarding parking at South in the LSHS Student Handbook on pages 41-42. Instructions to purchase the pass and documentation needed (2-part process) are as follows:

1. Log into the parent Infinite Campus application on your mobile device or visit: https://isd194.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/parents/lakeville.jsp
2. Click on SCHOOL STORE in the left sidebar menu.
3. Click on the SHOP button for Lakeville South High School.
4. Click on VIEW under the Parking Permit.
5. In the pop-up window, fill out the Parking Permit Signup Form AND the form that allows you to add the Parking Permit to your cart. This is a 2-step process. The Signup Form provides the driver and vehicle information and the second step allows you to add your parking pass to the cart and gathers the payment information.

• HOSA Don't forget! Registration is due on Monday, Sept. 30. It costs $60 to join, and you pay on campus. There’s also a Google form linked on campus to fill out when paying the fee. The first chapter meeting is Wednesday, Oct. 2 at 2:45 p.m. in the Lecture Hall.

Meeting with representatives from colleges and military branches can provide valuable insights into their programs, admissions processes, and life after high school. Here are a few tips to make the most of these informal meetings:

1. Prepare Questions: Think about what you want to know. Consider asking about admissions requirements, campus culture, financial aid options, and extracurricular activities.

2. Research: Familiarize yourself with the colleges or branches that will be present. Knowing a bit about them can help you ask more informed questions.

3. Take Notes: Bring a notebook or use your phone to jot down important information and insights you gather during the meetings.

4. Be Open-Minded: Even if you have a particular college in mind, this is a great chance to explore other options that might be a good fit.

5. Follow Up: If you find someone particularly helpful or have further questions later, don’t hesitate to reach out to them via email or social media.
