A Message from the Principal
Dear Three Creeks Families,
This month our 3rd and 4th grade students will be taking the ILEARN summative assessment. Here are a few important reminders in regards to these tests:
At Three Creeks, we know that our students are more than a test score. Each child is unique, full of talents, and growing in their own way. However, these assessments provide valuable insight into their learning progress, and we want them to approach testing with confidence.
We encourage all students to get plenty of rest, eat a good breakfast, and come to school ready to give their best effort. This is a great opportunity for them to demonstrate the skills we cultivate every day—communicating their knowledge effectively, caring for themselves by staying focused and positive, and conquering challenges with perseverance.
Thank you for your continued support in helping our students learn and grow.
With gratitude,
Mr. Nannenga

ILEARN Incentive Program
ILEARN Testing season is upon us. Our kids work hard all year and we encourage them to show off their hard-earned knowledge on these assessments. We use the results to make informed decisions about student interventions. Over the next few weeks we will be rewarding our 3rd and 4th graders with tickets for good effort as they prepare for the assessments. We want them to persevere and yield accurate results. These tickets will be entered into a drawing for fabulous prizes from our Amazon Wishlist.
Please consider buying an item (or several) from our Amazon Wishlist to keep our students motivated and help them finish strong! Click the image below to see the wishlist.
Grandparents and Grandfriends Day!

Picking up a Student Early
If you need to pick up your child early, we will need to see a valid drivers license in order to verify that you are a legal guardian. If you give permission for someone else to pick up your child, they should be listed in your emergency contacts on skyward.
Visitors
Visitors may come in and visit a classroom if it has been previously arranged. All visitors must bring their driver's license. Any potential volunteers must complete a background check through our office before volunteering.
If you need to drop something off for your child, you may label it and leave it in the foyer for our staff to deliver. If you need to drop off medication, you will buzz into the office and visit our nurse.
Treats for Birthdays and Class Parties
In order to ensure we are keeping our students with food allergies safe, you must send in food for birthdays and parties that are purchased from the store and prepackaged. Ingredient lists must be visible on the packaging. If ingredients are not listed on the package, the food items will not be shared and will be sent home with your child.
