Today we celebrated earning 1000 foxes for being Kind, Respectful Learners! All students were able to enjoy the beautiful weather while reading outside. It was so fun to see everyone enjoying a good book and some gorgeous sunshine! I've shared some pictures of the Read-In throughout the eNews for you to enjoy.

6th Grade Band is open to ALL incoming 6th Graders for the 2021-22 school year! This year 5th graders were not allowed to play wind instruments, but things are back to normal for next year! Students can choose from flute, oboe, clarinet, alto sax, french horn, trumpet, trombone, baritone, tuba or percussion. And don't worry -- ALL 6th graders will be at the beginner level on their wind instruments -- you will not be behind!

Bernie’s Book Bank has generously donated books for our students to read, enjoy, and keep. Each family will receive one bag of books for all of the children in the family to share. There are many family book bags still waiting to be picked up. Please stop by and grab yours!

Have you been waiting for your chance to join the orchestra at Ferson Creek? Orchestra is available to all 3rd, 4th and 5th graders. Over the next few weeks students will be introduced to the teachers, instruments, and current members of the orchestra program. Mark your calendar for our Virtual Information Town Hall meetings.

All elementary students will keep their devices over the summer. IT will not collect anything at the end of the year. They will swap out old iPad for new iPads when they are ready at the beginning of next year.
