Reminder for Class of 2024 Graduating Seniors: Access to Google Drive and Gmail
We want to remind to all Class of 2024 graduating seniors that access to your District 203 Google Drive and Gmail accounts will end at midnight on Thursday, October 31st, 2024. After this time, you will no longer be able to retrieve any files or emails stored in your D203 accounts.
What This Means for You:
It’s important to take action now to ensure that all of your important documents, projects, emails, and other materials are backed up or transferred to your personal accounts. Whether you're heading to college, starting a career, or embarking on another adventure, having access to these materials could be vital.
Steps You Should Take:
To avoid losing access to critical information, we recommend you do the following before the October 31st deadline:
Download Important Files
Transfer Your Data
Save Contacts and Emails
Need Help?
If you have any questions or concerns, please refer to these Google Drive/Gmail Backup Directions for guidance on downloading or transferring your data.
Why Is This Important?
After October 31st, all access to your school accounts will be permanently removed, meaning you will no longer have access to any files or emails unless you've transferred them. Don't wait until the last minute! Act now to avoid any inconvenience.
