If you have finalised your budget spending for 2019 (i.e. will not be purchasing any perishable consumables for the remainder of the year) please return your Cost Centre files to me.

Purchasing Card

Please make sure you do not make any purchases on your Purchasing Card after 23 November 2018 because the expenditure may come from 2019 funds. If there is no alternative than to use a Purchasing Card, please see me as we can use my card. I come in during the January break to do as much as I can of the December financial processing and I cannot do it if I need other purchasers to authorise payments.

Finance Meeting

The Finance Committee meeting for this term is tomorrow, Tuesday, November 27 2018 and will be held in the Conference Room beginning at 8.00 am. The agenda, previous meeting minutes and Comparative Budget reports for this meeting were emailed last Thursday.
