SEMESTER EXAM SCHEDULE

WEEKLY MESSAGE

Dear Students, Faculty, Staff, Parents, and Mustang Community,

As we prepare for semester exams this week, we want to encourage all our students to stay focused, be present in class, and give their very best effort. We are confident in your ability to rise to the challenge.

Important Schedule Reminder:
On Thursday, December 19, and Friday, December 20, students will be released early at 12:55 PM. Grab-and-go lunches will be available for all students as they exit, and buses will depart promptly at 1:05 PM. Please plan accordingly.

As the semester comes to a close, we want to take a moment to wish our entire Mustang family a safe and restful holiday season. May this time bring joy, relaxation, and cherished moments with your loved ones.

Exciting Volunteer Opportunity:
We’re thrilled to invite all our students and families to participate in a schoolwide fundraising event that directly benefits our campus clubs and organizations. Here’s how you can help:

What: Volunteer at the Henry B. Convention Center to help set up and tear down for a volleyball tournament.
When: Set-Up: Thursday, December 26, 2024 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Tear-Down: Sunday, December 29, 2024, from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM. See the QR code in this newsletter for details.
Why: With 150 volunteers, our campus can receive $20,000 for student activities!

You can sign up to volunteer for one shift or both, ride the bus provided by the school, or meet us there. All are welcome, and your support makes a huge difference!

Looking Ahead:
As we wrap up the semester, let’s make sure attendance stays strong and within state guidelines. If needed, please refer to the attendance recovery flyer in this newsletter for more information.

Our first day back after the holiday break will be Monday, January 7, 2024. We look forward to welcoming everyone back, refreshed and ready to tackle the new year with energy and determination.
