St. Jerome Summer Camp

Dear Families,

We are a little over a month away from kicking off what we are sure will be the best summer ever! The final preparations are underway as we get ready to welcome you and your child to summer camp.

At this point all invoices were sent out, please check your spam folder if you did not receive it yet. We are still adjusting invoices from those who asked for adjustments. Thank you for your patience as we are working as quick as we can to get them out. You can make payments at any time. All payments should be complete by May 21st, unless you made arrangements with me previously.

As discussed in the meeting, we will be using the Procare system for signing in and signing out. You should be receiving a pin number that will be assigned to you. You will then use this number to sign your child in or out. Please be on the lookout for that welcome email.

We especially welcome applications for our flexible Pre-K3 program, 1st Grade, and 6th Grade (transfer grants available for 6th graders transferring from public or charter schools). We have limited openings in other grades.

*The Family Registration Fee is $40.00 and may be paid:

Our campers will be participating in the Quiver Farms Project duck hatching. On July 15th, the farm will bring an incubator and duck eggs to our camp. Over the course of a week, the campers will learn how to care for the eggs and watch them hatch into ducklings! At the end of the project, the duckilings will be picked up to return to the farm.

We're looking forward to our visit to Lincoln Financial Field, home of the Philadelphia Eagles! Our campers will enjoy a behind-the-scenes tour of this iconic site.
