Dear Parent/Guardian,

Welcome to Infinite Campus Online Registration! New and existing student registration is now made easier through this useful tool.

Osage Community Schools will use Infinite Campus Online Registration to collect Annual Updates and new Registrations from our current families. If you are using your phone please download the Infinite Campus Parent portal App from the App Store. Here is a video to show you how to get the portal:

Using a Computer:

• Click the provided link above.
• On the sign-in page, click on "New User" at the bottom.

Using the Campus Parent App:

• Download and open the Campus Parent App.
• Type "Osage Community School District" and select the correct state.
• Click on "New User" at the bottom of the sign-in page.

You were sent an activation key in your email. This key is for you only. Each parent will receive their own activation key for the portal, which is specific to their account.

Once you have either downloaded the app or signed in on a computer, follow these steps:

1. Click on the "More" drop-down box on the left.
2. Click on "Registration."
3. Follow the prompts to update information for students currently enrolled in the district and/or add a new student to your household.

If you get a "cannot complete" message when you try to submit, scroll to the top and look for an exclamation point. Click on it to see what information is missing and fill it in.

Before beginning an application, gather the following information:

• Household information: address and phone numbers
• Parent information: work and cell phone numbers, email addresses
• Student information: demographic and health/medication information
• Emergency contact information: addresses and phone numbers

Computers will also be available in each school office for you to use if you do not have access to a mobile phone or a computer..

After you complete the online registration:

1. Click on "Fees" on the left side of the screen.
2. Add the fees to your cart.
3. You can either pay online or bring the payment to any school office. (Fees must be paid before the first day of school.)

You can also click on "Food Service" on the left side of the screen to deposit lunch money.

To complete the Free and Reduced Meals Application, please log in to your Infinite Campus Portal. Navigate to the "More" section, similar to when you registered. Just above the registration link, you will find the "Meals Benefit Application." Click on this link and follow the provided instructions. You will be notified once your application has been processed.

You will be getting an email from your school to sign up for conferences in the next couple of days.
