Genesis Parent Portal (Mandatory Forms)

All students must have their mandatory forms filled out on the Genesis Parent Portal each school year. It is important that these forms are updated in our system.

The following forms must be completed by October 25th, 2024.

Sign up to be your child's homeroom representative! A representative organizes class parties and keeps in contact with the teacher and other parents of the class. It's a great way to get involved and be a part of your child's class! The PTA is hosting a Trunk or Treat on Friday October 25th from 6:30pm- 8. This is a free event and we need you to participate and decorate a trunk or donate candy! We will have a contest for Best Trunk with prizes! Please scan the QR code in the flyer to register. Decorating starts at 5:30pm. If you have any questions please email wepta@nplainfield.org !

Halloween at West End School

Our annual Halloween parade will take place on October 31st at 9:00 am. Please review the attached letter for more information.

21st Century Community Learning Center - FREE Afterschool Program (Grades 3 - 6)

We are proud to announce that you now may register your child/ward into the 21st Century After-School Program. This program is open to students in grades 3-6 and will run from October 1st, 2024 - May 23, 2025.

To sign up, log into your Genesis Parent Portal, navigate to Forms, and you will see a published form for 21st Century After-School Program Sign Up. We also created a tutorial on how to find and submit this form correctly. Once registered, the student will be informed if they were accepted into the program.
