Boston College Field Trip

The 8th grade will be taking a field trip to the Boston College Campus and the Conte Forum Arena on Wednesday, December 11th. On the field trip we will tour parts of the campus and attend a Women’s Basketball game featuring the Boston College Eagles versus UMass at 11:00 a.m.

• Students will leave Watertown Middle School at 9:00 a.m., travel to Boston College by school bus, and return to Watertown Middle School at roughly 1:45 p.m.
• Students will eat lunch in the Conte Forum Arena during the game. Student can either bring a lunch from home or order a “grab n’ go” lunch from our cafeteria using the Google form provided to students in school.
• Each student will a snack and drink from the concessions stand.

Complete Step 1: Permission Form and Step 2: Payment, as outlined below, by December 6.

The cost for each student is $17.00.

• If you would like to round up to $20.00, we would be happy to accept additional monetary donations for families who might need financial assistance.
• If you would like to be considered for a scholarship, please let Ms. Lauren Petrillo, 8th Grade Guidance Counselor.
• Payment is due Friday, December 6.

There are several payment options:

• Pay with cash (please note that change for overpayments cannot be given)
• Pay with a money order
• Pay with a check made out to "City of Watertown"
• Request a scholarship to cover the cost for your child by emailing Ms. Lauren Petrillo
• Pay online to the City of Watertown following these directions:
1. Go to https://epay.cityhallsystems.com/selection
2. Enter Watertown, MA for the municipality
3. Click View/Pay Bills
4. Select WMS Boston College Field Trip
5. Check the box next to payment ($17)
6. Enter the required information below.
7. Click Add to Cart
8. Enter payment information and confirm payment
• Note: If you want to avoid the higher credit/debit card charge, pay with eCheck
