Principal Message
What an AWESOME first day of school! Thank you to EVERYONE who helped make it one of the best first days ever!
A few important items to note:
~ The First PTO Meeting of the Year is next Monday, September 9 at 6:00pm in the Media Center. Please enter through door #1; you can park in the parking lot or on the street. We do provide child care, courtesy of National Honor Society students from East High School. We try really hard to keep our meetings to an hour, in hopes that this will encourage more participation. You can attend virtually, too, by using this link.
~ School Pictures: No decisions have been made about school pictures. Stay tuned for more information soon!
~ Early Release: The first scheduled Early Release of the year will be Wednesday, September 18. School will dismiss at 12:30. More info, including the sign up for after school care, will be coming soon.
~ Don’t forget to join the Washington Elementary PTO Facebook page. This is a great resource to stay on top of happenings at the school!
