Students, are reminded to check their school email daily for important information. Don’t miss out on daily announcements, upcoming events such as Homecoming events and dance contracts, Class and Academy News, Scholarships, and much much more! Remember, this is your responsibility.
Student Parking
Students are reminded they will need a 24-25 Student Parking Pass to park in the school parking lot to avoid being ticketed. Passes can purchased with Ms. Rosa in the office. Passes are $100 for the school year and must be purchased every year. A VALID Driver's License must be presented to receive a Pass.
Students: PLEASE do not park in the Visitor Parking, we do have cameras and you will be ticketed. You must park in the student parking lot with a pass to avoid being ticketed.
Student Illness
Parents(s) and guardians(s) are reminded not to send children to school if they are running a fever of 100° or greater, have unexplained diarrhea, or have been advised by their physician to remain home. Students should not return to school until they have been fever free and/or diarrhea free for 24 hours without the use of medication.

Parent-Teacher Conferences
September 26, 2024
Beloit Memorial will be hosting our Term 1 Parent-Teacher Conferences in the BMHS Field House on Thursday, September 26th from 5 - 7 pm. We invite you to join us that evening. Conferences is a great time to meet your students teachers, see their progress and get support, get Chromebook support and pay fees. We ask that your pull up your student's schedule in Skyward prior to coming. Schedules will be printed by request only.
Homecoming '24
October 7-12, 2024 "A Knight in Candyland"
Homecoming with be here soon. The homecoming dance is on October 12th! The criteria to attend the dance is that you have no more than 5 periods of unexcused absences and/or unexcused tardies, combined, and no in-school or out-of-school suspension from Monday, September 9th - Friday, October 4th. Even after you are approved and purchase a ticket, your attendance will be revoked due to a suspension! Attendance corrections need to be addressed before buying a ticket. Tickets cost $15 and guest tickets will be $20. Tickets will be sold from October 7th - October 10th. Sales will be run in Ms. Barreau’s office before school starts and in the IMC after school.
Students must fill out the dance contract sent to their email before purchasing a ticket. All of the dance expectations are included in the contract. If a student wants to purchase a ticket for someone that attends another school or has graduated, they must get a guest contract signed and turned in the week before homecoming. Paper copies can be found in the PACMES office and the HHES/BACH office!

STUDENTS MUST NOT HAVE UNEXCUSED ABSENCES FOR THE WEEK AND NO OUTSTANDING TARDY DETENTIONS
NO ENTRY AFTER THE START OF HALFTIME/INTERMISSION
NO RE-ENTRY POLICY
MUST WEAR YOUR ENTRY BAND AT ALL TIMES ($5 FOR ADULTS, $3 FOR STUDENTS, 60 AND OLDER $2, 5 AND UNDER FREE)
NO BACKPACK OR BAGS ALLOWED (PURSES AND DIAPER BAGS WILL BE CHECKED AT THE GATE)
NO PETS
NO ALCOHOL/DRUGS/TOBACCO PRODUCTS
NO OUTSIDE FOOD/DRINK
Any middle and elementary school age student must have a supervising adult with them at all times.

They can buy tickets in GoFan (QR CODE ATTACHED) in advance or at the gate. You can also use cash at the gate.
Picture Day - ID Pictures
September 17-19
Picture Day is coming on September 17-19 During you Students Academic Lab! All students will be scheduled a time with their 4,5,6 Period Teacher opposite of their lunch on one of the days. All students should plan to have a picture taken for their ID. The pictures will be in the yearbook (Note: Senior submitting senior pictures will be used, but should still plan to get an ID picture taken. For more information about Picture Day, check out the attached flyer. Flyers are also available in the Main Office to order pictures.
