SENIORS- COMPLETE YOUR FAFSA NOW!
The FAFSA is VERY important to complete because it is the first step to being eligible for the Community College Guarantee. Without completing the FAFSA you are automatically ineligible for the Community College Guarantee.
We encourage EVERYONE to complete the FAFSA, because it can cover most tuition at community colleges (depending on where you live), it can cover some of the tuition for a university college, and it may be able to cover some tuition for trade schools as well.
The FAFSA coverage all depends on your income, your parent's income, where you live, and some other information as well.
Every senior should fill out the FAFSA before February 2025 to qualify for the Community College Guarantee, even if you don't want to attend college right after graduation. At least you have the option available for you, when you are ready.

Host Family Requested for the Spring 2025 Semester! (non GHS student)
Bob is a 5-month exchange student for 2025, looking for a permanent volunteer host family. He loves playing musical instruments, cooking, martial arts, and working with computers.
Hosting is simple! Volunteer host families provide:
A place to sleep and study
Three meals a day
Transportation to school and activities
Bob comes with his own spending money, health insurance, and speaks English well. Host families come in all shapes and sizes—single parents, couples, or families with kids or no kids!
Please contact Sara @ 231-392-2985 if you might be able to help!
