Officer Jenn
Several of you have asked about our SRO Officer, Officer Jenn. She sustained a knee injury and is currently waiting on MRI results to see if she is facing an upcoming surgery. She has been greatly missed and we are hoping to have her back later this school year, but it will just depend on her results. In the meantime, you will see various Sheriff's Dept. deputies and officers that are filling in. If your child would like to make Officer Jenn a get well card, I will be happy to deliver those to her! Thanks for your thoughts and prayers for her as she is healing!
Duty Free Lunch for Teachers
Several parents have asked how they can help in these weeks leading up to Spring Break. The students are tired, the teachers are tired, and families...we know you are tired as well! PTO is offering duty free lunch this week to our teachers on Thursday. This is such a treat for our teachers that sit and eat with students every day, sometimes only getting 15 minutes to eat, because they are trying to get their students settled. If you can help with this on Thursday, please sign up on the Sign up Genius below! Thanks in advance!!
Afterschool Update - Closed this week Tuesday and Thursday
We have had some great applicants and are in the process of hiring new employees for after school. We feel like this will be the last week for after school to be closed on Tuesday and Thursday. Thanks for your patience and understanding as we stay in compliance and do what is best for our students with numbers. We appreciate your support!
