DECEMBER NEWSLETTER

Hi everyone! Happy DECEMBER!

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!


If you are picking up after 5:15pm on Tuesday (12/6), pick-up will be at Door 18.It is the door to the left of where EDP pick up usually is.


We are having our Winter EDP party again on December 15th (it's a Thursday). We will have a dance party from 3:15-4:15, fun games, fun snacks & a winter movie at the end of the day, the movie that we will put on is Home Sweet Home Alone, it is rated PG, please let me know if your student(s) do NOT have permission to watch this movie.

Our Family Night for this month will be the dance party from 3:15-4:15! We'll have a cute spot for you to take pictures at, fun snacks, fun music and lights!

December 16th (it's a Friday) is the last day before Winter Break and is an early release day. Whenever the students get released from the school day, they'll come straight to EDP. We will be putting on a movie towards the end of the day as well, the movie will be The Grinch, it is rated PG, please let me know if your student(s) do NOT have permission to watch this movie.

January 3rd is an EDP All Day Out day at Ruth Baron Elementary. If your student(s) will be attending, please let me know via email or in person.

IMPORTANT DATES!

  • 12/6/22 - Pick up after 5:15pm will be at Door 18
  • 12/15/22 - EDP Dance Party / Family Night at 3:15pm-4:15pm
  • 12/16/22 - Early Release / Regular EDP day
  • 1/3/23 - All Day Out at Ruth Baron Elementary (must have signed up prior)

Important things to note!

  • Pick up is at Door 16. When picking up your student(s), you will have to enter inside the building through the back door of the cafeteria - this is located by the portables and dumpsters in the back of the school. The door that you will enter in is door 16.
  • Any authorized pick up person must always bring their ID for pick up.
  • Tuition is due the 1st business day of every month
  • Late fees are assessed on the 5th business day of each month
  • Program time - Dismassal-6:30pm
  • Late pickup: you will be charged $1 per child per minute after 6:30pm

STUDENT WITHDRAWALS

EDP requires a 2 week written notice to withdraw your student(s) from the program. You can submit your request here.
