Classroom parties will take place on Thursday, December 19th throughout the day. Below is the schedule for each grade level:

PreK: 12:30 - 1:30 p.m.

Kinder: 12:15 - 1:15 p.m.

ESCE/FCC - 9:30 - 11:00 a.m.

1st: 1:15 - 2:15 p.m.

2nd: 12:30 - 1:30 p.m.

3rd: 11:45 - 12:45 p.m.

4th: 8:30 - 9:30 a.m.

5th - 12:34 - 1:45

If you plan to come to the Winter Parties on 12/19, please fill out the form (link below) no later than 12 pm on December 17th. This will help us so we can pre-print visitor badges and you can avoid the long lines! You must have an ID already on file in order to get a pre-printed badge. Your ID is on file if you've checked in to the school as a VISITOR. If you have had your ID scanned for student pick up only, then that is not the same as a visitor and your ID will not be in our Visitor file.

Every day we pick up a bunch of jackets off the playground and add them to our lost and found. Many of them are NOT labeled with student names. Please, please, please, label your student(s)' jackets/sweatshirts. We will have the lost and found carts out during the winter holiday parties. Please make sure to check to see if any of the items belong to your student(s). Anything that is left after the 19th will be washed and donated. Thank you for your help in this matter.

Donuts with Grownups is BACK! Each month, beginning in December, we’ll be holding a morning of tasty treats with loved ones. Next up First Grade! Please join us for this fun event for parents, grandparents or another special grown-up in your child’s life! We’ll be passing out donuts from 7:45-8:15 am in the Cafeteria.

Our Birthday Book Club program in the library is in full swing! Help support our library while also donating a book in your student's honor (that they are the absolute first one to check out, read and enjoy). Even if your student's birthday has already passed this school year, we can still celebrate them on their half birthday! Parents are always asking how they can help our school. Below is a wish list for our teacher workroom. If you would like to donate any items we would greatly appreciate it.

There are lots of ways parents and family members can get involved at our school! Visit the PTA Volunteering page here and check out what works for you: recess monitoring, cafeteria monitoring, library volunteering, helping your child's teacher as a homeroom representative, making copies in the teacher workroom, and more! If you want to volunteer in a particular area, please make sure to sign up via our Sign-Up Geniuses. This helps the front desk know who to expect on what day. Thank you!

Register to volunteer by completing the volunteer application form. Applicants must use their legal name as it appears on their driver’s license or passport. You MUST have a Social Security Number to complete the online form.

To improve student safety, any person wishing to volunteer in Round Rock ISD is required to complete a Volunteer Application.

• Application must be renewed each school year
• Application should be completed as early as possible
• Application takes approximately five minutes to complete
• You must hit SUBMIT (not just ‘save’) for the application to be processed
• Applications take 72 hours to process
• Once completed, present your photo ID at the campus to be scanned into Raptor
• Check the status of your application by contacting the front office at your child’s campus

Please help us alleviate the amount of items we have in Lost and Found by labeling your child's items such as jackets, sweatshirts, lunchboxes, and water bottles. This will help us immensely!! The Lost and Found has now been moved to the Blue Jay Cafe. Thank you for your help in this matter!

This letter is what we send home at the beginning of the year. It reviews our safety procedures as well as our mandatory safety drill protocols. We wanted to include it in the blast so if your child comes home and says they had a drill this week, you could pull this letter up to refer to.
