Family Survey

This week, a survey will be sent home to our families. We want to hear your voice! We believe that by working together and involving families, we can make a difference. Please make sure to fill it out and share your thoughts to help us support our students, families, and community. Every family who returns their survey by Tuesday, December 9, will have a chance to enter an opportunity drawing to win an iPad or TV.

8:00 AM -8:45 AM 4th and 5th Grade
9:00 AM - 9:45 AM 2nd and 3rd Grade
10:00 AM - 10:45 AM UTK, K and 1st Grade, Room 36 & 37

Please check your child's backpack on Friday, December 6th for invitation or any Class Dojo message the teacher sends.
