Ski Trip Grades 4, 5 & 6
Tentative date: January 10, 2025
As we gear up for our Grade 4, 5 & 6 (More information to come) we want to remind you about the importance of your account being in good standing and settling any outstanding school fees so that your child is eligible to participate in extra-curricular activities.
We recognize that participation in extra-curricular activities, such as sports, clubs, and special events, plays a crucial role in the holistic development of our students. These activities contribute to their social, emotional, and physical well-being, fostering teamwork, leadership, and a sense of community. To ensure that all students have the chance to benefit from these valuable experiences, we kindly ask that you review and settle any outstanding school fees at your earliest convenience.
We understand that financial circumstances may vary, and we are committed to working with families to find solutions if needed. Please reach out to the school office Renae Cameron renae.cameron@eips.ca or Tracy Beaudry tracy.beaudry@eips.ca if you would like to discuss payment plans. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and for your continued support in creating a vibrant and engaging learning environment for all our students.
😎 Great Moments this week!

Fees Now Due
https://www.brentwoodelementary.ca/about/fees Fees are due within 30 days (October 27th) of the invoice date (September 27th), and parents/guardians will receive a notification when new fees are added on the PowerSchool Parent Portal. The simplest, and most convenient, way to review and pay school and transportation fees is by logging in to the PowerSchool Parent Portal and clicking on "Student Fees." There you can view your fees and pay them online using Visa or MasterCard or debit card - when available from your financial institution. Don’t forget to also log in to the PowerSchool Parent Portal regularly throughout the year. Fees may be added to your child’s account throughout the year to cover the cost of various school activities such as field trips, class projects, athletic-team fees and more.

PowerSchool Parent Portal
The PowerSchool Parent Portal is an interactive web-based platform where parents and guardians can access attendance, grades and fee information for all students registered in the Division, as well as provide updates to family contact information as needed. One account provides access to the information about all students in your family, and the account remains active for as long as you have students registered in EIPS—there’s no need to create a new account each year.
