The Pulsera Project
We are doing a fundraiser to raise money for The Pulsera Project. The Pulsera Project is a non-profit organization that helps raise money for artisans in Central America. These artisans hand make bracelets called Pulseras, and we sell them and send the money back to these artisans. Bracelets will be sold for $5 each, and your money helps these artisans pursue their art and get better wages, as well as educate people about Latin America and their arts. To learn more, you can visit The Pulsera Project Website.
We plan to sell at the Little League parade on May 4th and during school the week of April 29-May 3rd. If you are interested, please bring money to lunch that week, where you can buy a Pulsera!
Sincerely,
The ADL Pulsera Team
Thanks!
Yearbook News
We are almost out of time - have you ordered your ADL yearbook?
The deadline is May 10, 2024 to ensure your child's yearbook arrives on time. The cost is $24.00, and you can order online here:
Purchase or DONATE an ADL yearbook for 2024
For cash or check payment, or if you aren't sure if you ordered yet, contact Helen Donahey at hdonahey@ewsd.org or (802) 857-7857.
Also please note that we do not "tag" people in the yearbook photos. So if an email from TreeRing says your student is pictured on 0 pages, this is NOT accurate! We strive to include at least 2-3 photos of EVERY student, in every grade.
We do our best to ensure that every 8th grader receives a yearbook, but we cannot guarantee this due to financial constraints. Please buy a yearbook if you are able to do so. If you can do more, please consider donating a yearbook. We are grateful to the many parents who choose this option offered by TreeRing.
Thanks for supporting our yearbook program!
