Update from the Physical Education!
The last few weeks we have accomplished many different activities. We did a dance unit, a floor hockey unit, climbing wall, some team building activities and cooperative games. The next few months we will be covering cosmic bowling, juggling, frisbee golf and much more. Keep your eyes out for a field day volunteer list coming out in May.
Arrival/Dismissal Reminders
We have a few quick reminders from our team that supports arrival and dismissal.
- If you are arriving after the 7:55 tardy bell, please park in our lot and walk your child to the foyer, to sign them in. Please do not park in the fire lane. This keeps the entrance to our school clear, should there be a need for the fire lane.
- We have a designated handicapped parking spot on the blacktop during dismissal. This spot is reserved for vehicles with the appropriate placard or license plate.
Thank you for keeping our arrival and dismissals smooth and safe.
Note from the Nurse
We are making our way out of the cold and flu season, but we aren't there yet! If your child is sick, and needs to be picked up, we ask that the emergency contacts could arrive at the school within 30 minutes. This is a reminder to confirm that your contact information is up-to-date and able to arrive at WA in 30 minutes. Thanks for your help getting these sick kiddos home and keeping the health office a safe and healthy place.
