Falcon Fest on May 21st , 5 - 7:30 PM
With approval from the District, we are hosting a mini Falcon Fest this year on May 21st from 5:00-7:30pm! Best part? Activities are FREE - bring your Four Points Middle School student and hang out in our Parent Lounge in the Backyard (bring your chairs!) while your student enjoys a 70 foot obstacle course, Human Hungry Hippo Game, Meltdown Inflatable, Laser Tag, Cake Walk, Kickball, Spike Ball, and Basketball. DJ Cam (former Grandview Hills student) will be there providing all the music! We'll end the night with an epic water balloon fight!
Want to take a tour of the school with our very own Principal or Assistant Principals or Staff of FPMS? We'll have those too! Reserve your spot here!
Kona Ice will be selling their frozen treats and Just Like Mama's Food Soulfood, Seafood, & BBQ Food Truck will be selling food (menu) so bring some money! A portion of the proceeds will be given back to the PTA - thank you for supporting!!

And yes, of course, incoming 6th graders, new students, current 5th graders from Grandview Hills Elementary and River Place Elementary are welcome to come!

1. New and Current Student Registration for 2021-22 is Now Open!
To provide accurate staffing, classrooms, and resources for our students, we are asking our families to register earlier than usual this year, and we need your help! Registration is now open for ALL new and returning students. It only takes a few minutes to complete, so please sign your students up today!

The payment window is now open for families to secure their students’ district-provided laptops. If payment is made by Friday May 21st, they will be able to keep their laptops over the summer for no additional charge. Devices will be collected the last week of school if payment is not made by the due date or Otherwise, the device will be returned the last week of school.
LISD will be disabling devices for students that haven't participated.
The Ed Pay Portal is open for students to pay the support fee of $70.00 ($35.00 for students on free and reduced lunch). Scholarship opportunities are available, please contact your counselor for more information.

Counseling update
Summer School
Summer school will be operating this summer for LISD students. Students who fail two or more core classes for the year are expected to attend Middle School Ignite Summer School Program. It will be available in-person only and will run from June 14-June 25, Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Ignite is free and transportation will be provided. Counselors will register students once grades are confirmed. Students interested in taking courses to advance should visit the LISD Summer School website.
Middle School Course Changes
The window is currently open for current 6th and 7th graders to review their courses for next and make any corrections or changes. For information and instructions for doing so, visit the Course Review document. Please review the courses and look for any errors or changes you wish to make. The window for course changes will close on Sunday, May 16th at 11:59 p.m. There will be one final review window in late July/early August.
mLISD Computer Scholarships
The window is currently open to renew your child’s laptop rental for the 2021-22 school year. This will allow your child to keep their computer over the summer. To renew, visit the district mLISD website. If your child will need a computer scholarship, please contact your school counselor as soon as possible.
End-of-School Resources
If your family could use some extra food items as we make the transition from school to summer, please contact Tonja Wienck at tonja.wienck@leanderisd.org. We have food and hygiene items available for immediate pick up or delivery.
