RES Mission: Learning, Loving and Growing Together
RES Vision: Equipping Everyone for Excellence
Hi Ringgold Elementary Students and Families,
Happy New Year! I hope this message finds you rested and ready for an exciting new semester. We are thrilled to begin 2025 with fresh opportunities for growth, learning, and achievement.
We are so excited to celebrate our students’ hard work during the 2nd 9 weeks with the UTC Aquatic Center Field Trip in January. We are certain it will be a blast and a well-deserved reward for those who hit their goals with grades (All A’s, B’s, and C’s), behavior (no office discipline referrals), and attendance (no more than three unexcused absences). Way to go, everyone—you’re making us proud!
Coming up next is our third nine weeks PBIS event: Arm Wrestle Mania! Let’s keep up the hard work, stay focused, and make good choices so you can earn your spot at this fun event. We’re already looking forward to it!
I’m also super excited to announce our first-ever Health Fair happening soon. This is a great chance for everyone to learn more about staying healthy and feeling great. We’ll share more details soon, so stay tuned!
Thanks for being such an amazing part of our school community. Let’s make this semester our best one yet!
Go Tigers!

PBIS Reward Trip
We are excited about the PBIS Reward for the 2nd 9 weeks of school!
It is a trip to the UTC Aquatic Center for students who meet the following criteria:
- Making all A's, B's, and C's the 2nd 9 weeks
- No more than 3 unexcused absenses
- No office discipline referals
The trips will take place on the following days:
- 3rd grade - Wednesday, January 8th
- 4th grade - Thursday, January 9th

**Friendly reminder parents: This PBIS trip is a rewards based event. We strive for every child to be at this event, but it is an earned "bonus" event for the students. If your child does not meet the requirements for the event, there is no consequence within our school for them. They simply go about their day of loving, learning, and growing together.
