Mark your calendar for Monday, December 9 for an evening of celebration. In addition to our annual band Christmas concert, our 2nd and 3rd grade students will be presenting a musical performance as well.

High school students who did not pass their STAAR tests last Spring, will be retaking them in December. Testing dates will be:

December 4---English I EOC

December 6--English II EOC/Biology EOC

December 11--Algebra I EOC

Practice has begun for elementary and junior high students who would like to compete in the UIL Academic Tournaments. Any students (2-8 grade) who are interested, may still sign up with their teacher or with Mrs. Sperry.

The UIL competition for 2nd-4th grade students will be on Wednesday, December 4 at Menard.

The UIL competition for 5th-8th grade students will be on Wednesday, December 11 at Panther Creek.

The six weeks ends this Friday, November 22. Students must have all work turned in before they leave school on Friday. Progress reports will be posted on Tuesday, December 3.

Elementary students will enjoy their annual Thanksgiving Feast on Tuesday, November 19

PreK-1st grade: 10:30

2nd/3rd grade: 10:50

4th/5th grade: 11:10

Students will be dismissed on Friday, November 22 at 4:20 pm for Thanksgiving break. Classes will resume on Tuesday, December 3 at 7:50 am.

National Honor Society will be hosting a hat day to raise money to help fund the Elementary Field Day in May.

Students may bring $1.00 on Friday, November 22 and wear a hat all day. Tickets will be sold in the cafeteria on Friday morning for hat day.
