Franconia Special Visitors!
Last Friday, students from Indian Crest came to Franconia to teach and share new games with our 4th and 5th graders during PE class. Our students loved learning new games in PE, and we were excited to see some former Falcons!
Kindergarten ended their Vet PlayShop with a special guest speaker, local veterinarian and former Franconia Falcon, Dr. Kara Stover. During PlayShop, the kindergarteners explored and learned about the different jobs of a veterinarian’s office from the front desk, grooming the animals, being X-Ray technicians, to becoming a veterinarian. Dr. Stover talked about each of these important roles and even had a little help from our very own Computer Science Teacher, Mr. Stover.

Please join us in celebrating Give-Education Day on Wednesday, March 6th, as our community will come together for 24 hours of unprecedented giving to support the Indian Valley Education Foundation in its mission to bring meaningful resources and opportunities to all students in the Souderton Area School District.
The Indian Valley Education Foundation is a nonprofit dedicated to enriching and expanding the educational experiences of every child in SASD.
Help us raise awareness and funds for The Indian Valley Education Foundation by saving the date and making a meaningful gift on Wednesday, March 6th, 2024 on our 2024 Give-Education Day Page.

🎵 Franconia Lip Sync 🎵
Lip Sync Sign Ups are Live! Help is Needed to Make this a Great Event!
Franconia's Lip Sync is set for Friday, April 12th, 7pm at Indian Crest Middle School. We need your help to make this event a success! How can you help?
1 - Sign up a solo or group act at this link before March 8th.
2 - Help out with the 5th Grade Act - We need a few parents to take the lead so that this fun act can happen. This usually requires 2 or 3 afternoon rehearsals during the school day prior to the event.
3 - Help out with the Parent Act - We need lots of parents to participate and one or two to take the lead. These rehearsals usually occur in the evenings at Franconia Elementary prior to the event.
The students love to see their peers, the 5th grade, and their parents on stage. Please do what you can to help make this a memorable night for everyone!
If you are interested in helping with the 5th grade act or parent act, please contact Monica Jalboot or Matt Wahl (thejalboots@gmail.com / 267-664-2713 and mrwahl22@yahoo.com / 215-622-5612).
We look forward to seeing you on stage!
