SOESC Leadership 2024-2025
The Southern Ohio Educational Service Center (SOESC) is pleased to announce key leadership changes for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year, continuing our commitment to excellence in education and service to our community.
Rachel Meyer will continue her invaluable service as Treasurer for the 2024-2025 school year. With an impressive 36 years of service at Southern Ohio ESC, Rachel has been instrumental in managing the financial health of our organization, ensuring transparency and accountability in all fiscal matters.
Following the retirement of Beth Justice, we are excited to welcome Curt Bradshaw as the new Superintendent of Southern Ohio ESC. Curt brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to educational excellence, and we are confident that his leadership will continue to drive our organization forward. Curt has 12 years of service with Southern Ohio ESC.
Additionally, we are proud to introduce Casey Enochs as the newly hired Assistant Superintendent. Casey's extensive background in education and leadership will be a tremendous asset as we strive to meet the evolving needs of our students, educators, and communities.
As we embark on this new academic year, we wish all students and education staff a wonderful 2024-2025 school year. Our Vision is "Leading with Innovative Solutions for Student and Community Success," and our Mission is "Together, we empower excellence by transforming education through dynamic partnerships for our students and community."

Linda Allen received the 2024 ODNR Cardinal Award.
On July 31st The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) celebrated and honored Ohioans for their lifetime achievements in conservation and protection of Ohio's natural resources with a ceremony to recognized Cardinal Award winners and the Hall of Fame inductees.
Governor Mike DeWine and ODNR Director Mary Mertz honored seven outstanding individuals who were inducted into the Ohio Natural Resources Hall of Fame. In addition to the Hall of Fame inductees, ODNR also presented the Cardinal Award to six Ohioans. The Cardinal Award honors individuals an organizations that have demonstrated exceptional awareness and concern for ideals reflected in the department's mission statement. To ensure balance between the wise use and protection of our natural resources for the benefit for all.
Linda Allen, the SATH Executive Director was a recipient of the Cardinal Award.
Linda is the esteemed director of KAMP Dovetail located at Rocky Fork State Park. She has dedicated 36 years of her life to this volunteer-run summer camp bringing together people with and without disabilities to create a harmonious and supportive environment. Each year, KAMP Dovetail hosts 250 campers guiding them through activities such as swimming, boating, crafts, fishing, horse backing riding and so much more. Linda's impact goes beyond these activities , she has also overseen major infrastructure improvements such as transforming and old hog barn
into a functional kitchen. establishing an ADA-compliant shower house, a laundry facility and a nurse's station, an activity storage barn and a horse barn.
