FORGE Spring Program Application
Apply for Spring After School Programs at Bateman!
Applications are OPEN NOW: January 9th - 16th
Bateman Forge is a free after school program that offers our students a combination of enrichment activities and academic interventions. Our goal is to provide quality, fun after school programming. Please fill out one per student!
Important Details:
- Programs run 13 weeks in length and is comprised of everything from violin to STEM to art and choir.
- Programming is divided into age groups.
- Most programming runs from January 29th to May 17th (following all CPS holidays/breaks/days off).
- Attendance will be taken for every program day and students who have more than 3 unexcused absences will be asked to leave the program.
- Please only sign up for programs that your student could attend weekly, consistently.
- Girls on the Run registration will be at a later date for the GOTR Chicago Spring Session! Practices will be Mondays and Wednesdays to help families plan!
Please note: Students will be prioritized in programming based on availability and interest, focusing on low or modest income families. Application does not guarantee placement and is not first come, first serve. As always, placements will be prioritized through a needs-based lens.
