W-2's You Choose
You can receive your W-2 electronically OR U.S. Postal Mail
To verify and set up for the electronic delivery method:
- Use single sign on to log into your individual Employee Online account. Use the dropdown Menu (on the top of your page) you will see “Payroll”, and W-2 listed under heading.
- If you would like to receive your W-2 electronically, check the box “opt out of paper W-2”.
- Click the Save icon in the upper right hand corner of the page. An email will be sent to you when your W-2 is ready to view and print on Employee Online.
To verify and set up for the U.S. Postal delivery method:
- Use single sign on to Log into your individual Employee Online account
- Use dropdown Menu (on the top of your page), find Personal Information under “Personal”.
- Verify your mailing address is correct in Employee Online, if not, please update this information in Employee Online
- Click the Save icon in the upper right hand corner of the page.
Please note that it will take longer to receive your W-2 by mail!
Deadline for delivery and address changes is 12/2/2024!

District Professional Development Day #3
When: Tuesday, January 7, 2025
Who: All District Employees
Classified Staff: A full day of in-person, differentiated learning options will be offered at Mountain View High School from 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM
Licensed Staff: A full day of in-person training and learning will be held at school sites, developed by school leaders and continuous improvement teams to support building and district goals.
APT Staff: All APT Staff are invited to participate in all Mountain View High School learning sessions—no registration is required.
APT staff are encouraged to offer specialized professional development and training for Classified or other APT Staff on this day.
