Our district celebrated our School Lunch Heroes on Friday, May 3rd! We were so happy to be able to recognize our hard-working food service employees at all of our buildings. Thank you to all of our Chartwells employees who ensure that our students have healthy and tasty breakfasts and lunches at school!

Thank you to all of our staff and students who put together our 2024 Prom, held on Saturday, May 4th! Despite the weather, our students had a wonderful and memorable evening!

On Tuesday, May 7th, a team of five EPE students participated in the Math 24 Competition at the Capital Area IU. The EPE team consisted of Tanner Peavler, Christos Patitsas, Evan Wittle, Veda Leinninger, and Tessa Stephenson from Mrs. Barbara Foltz's 5th grade gifted class. Their performance was top-notch, and we are all Panther Proud of their accomplishments! Thank you also to Mrs. Coleen Hilbish for accompanying our students while Mrs. Foltz served as a judge!

On Thursday, May 9th, our middle school students presented their Spring Band and Chorus Concert. It was so wonderful to see our students growing as musicians and shining on stage. Thank you to band director Luke Forshey and choir director Amanda Albright for leading our students, and congratulations to all of our performers!

Congratulations to Deepesh Magar on placing 2nd in Mid Penn AA Boys #1 Singles! His championship match lasted three sets of hard-fought tennis. Deepesh also qualifies for the District 3 Tournament!

Congratulations to Breckin Swope on placing 2nd at the Penn Relays! Breckin's award-winning jump was 16'0". Great work Breckin!

East Pennsboro Area Middle School teacher Mr. Tyler Pursell was invited to speak at Messiah University this week. Mr. Pursell delivered words of encouragement to Messiah's education graduates. We are Panther Proud of Mr. Pursell for representing EPASD!

Attention Senior Parents:

A reminder to parents of all Senior students to turn off auto payments in My School Bucks no later than May 31st, 2024. Refunds of $2.00 or more will be issued by July 31st, 2024. If you would like any remaining balances transferred to a younger siblings account, please email your request to amcbride@epasd.org.

If you have a newly enrolled student in grades 6-12, an invoice will be created for the initial device insurance fee. Please check your student’s account on MySchoolBucks.com. Please select School Store, then School Invoices to view all device invoices.

If your student has needed their device repaired, the insurance fee will cover the cost to repair the device. A new insurance fee will be applied to cover the cost of future incidents.
