SCHOOL'S NOW IN SESSION 🍎
We are extremely excited to have old faces and new faces back in the building. Our room has a new location and a new look. We will be taking placement tests and sending out letters for students about the ELL process. This can be a little lengthy but we will power through and the fun will begin the first week in September.
- A little about myself, I have worked in CCS since 2003 and been in ELL for 7 years. I have an early childhood certification and an ELL Master Educator badge. I can fumble my way through Spanish but am not fluent by any means. I will be married to my husband John for 31 years in September and we have three children who all went to school and graduated in Cozad.
- My children are Alyson a 3rd year law student, Nathan an Army and electrical lineman, and Makenzie who will start her freshman year of college as a biology major in animal sciences.
- I am a 3rd generation native to Cozad and love this town.
- I cannot wait to meet the kids and form great supportive relationships to help them feel comfortable learning English. It's important to remember we all progress at different rates and sometimes we can be afraid to speak. This is okay I'm here to help with that in many different ways.
