Venture Network, an informal weekly pitch slam, is an invaluable resource for early stage entrepreneurs. Venture Network is a forum in which you can engage with the entrepreneurial community, promote your startup, and have the opportunity to pitch before a panel of investors & entrepreneurs. Venture Network is unique in that it is a very informal gathering where startups can meet investors in a casual setting over beers and snacks and focus on what’s important: building relationships. Venture Network is a great way to perfect your pitch, get feedback on your product, and meet the local startup community.

By using blockchain & smart contract technology, we aim to be the first to create an internacional real estate market as liquid as stock markets are nowadays. The RE market is a market worth approximately 217tr$ of which only 1% is transacted annually. We think that this low figure of transaction is based primarily on three main issues: The price of the properties (What results into families only buying one or two houses during their lifetime), the international barriers to trade and investment and the amount of bureaucracy and paperwork. By implementing Blockchain, we can nowadays eliminate the second and third problem, being the first one more a regulatory issue than an operative issue as today in most countries if you want to co-invest in a property you have to do it either through a private or public company. Our idea is that if we can solve points two and three the transaction volume will rise exponentially, even a 1% increase would signify an incremental potential market of 2.17tr$. When the regulation is favourable, the platform will be working as a regular exchange and we will just have to implement the tokenization tools in the process.
We already have a network that is developed and working and we are now moving towards having our tools of smart renting and tokenization ready in the short-medium term. The tools that we already have access to will help us standardize a common due diligence process for investment in Real Estate assets, that will result into the creation of a common Set of International Standards for Investment, something that doesn’t exist nowadays. Companies and individuals will be required to comply with our Standards to be able to list assets in our exchange.
