Google Assignments, New Quizzes, Canvas Studio...
Oh My! 😮
In our Spring 2024 newsletter we shared great information about Google Assignments (and why we love it), using New Quizzes (unique question types), and Canvas Studio (auto-generated captions say what?!) Click the link below to read more - use the Table of Contents to jump right to the topic you're interested in.
Using Studio for Screen Recording
Need students to create a screen recording? Looking for an alternative way to record a presentation? Have students use Studio! Studio allows picture-in-picture so you can see a student's face while they walk through their slides or presentation. The resulting video is cloud-based, so it's easy to share with business partners or other audiences. And it's a simple submission to a Canvas assignment. Here's a video that can be used with students: Screen Recording with Studio

Antimatter: Unlocking Mastery through Memes, Puzzles, and Games
Antimatter is a collaborative and creative game where students are tasked with creating memes to represent what they learned in class. Students are able to choose from a number of templates and editing tools to create their memes. Then they are presented to the class for voting and review by the class. There are currently two game modes with three more in the works. Antimatter is restricted to 13+, so grades 8-12.
