Message from the Principal

Dear Doolen Families,

Spring is in the air and so are allergies! Haha! Truthfully, we were spoiled with a very warm January/February. Early forecasts suggest that March may be a mix of warm and cold too. I hope we get rain - we need it! We have a week of March before we go on Spring Break and then the rest of March is the beginning of the 4th quarter which means it is State Testing Time! Please ensure that students are here on the actual testing day and come prepared and on time with their charged laptops, chargers, and that they get food snacks directly from Food services. Busy month, and also a relaxing month with spring break. I hope that you all get needed rest time prior to the start of the final quarter of the 2024-2025 school year!

Friday 7 - No School - Grading Day

Monday 10-14 - Spring Break - No School

Monday 17 - St Patrick's Day. Uniform, or you can wear green. Remember - that items that are NEVER allowed during Spirit Days/Weeks are: Crocs, Leggings, Pajama bottoms, Pants with holes, sweats, slides, tops that show the abdomen/belly area.

Wednesday 19 - AZ Science Test #1 - 8th graders only. 2 Test session

Thursday 20 - GATE Booster Meeting

Friday 21 - 4th quarter Assembly schedule

Monday 24 - AZ Science #2 - 8th graders only

Wednesday 26 - PLT Day - No school for students

Friday 28 - Fundraiser for GATE - Trampoline Park 5-10 pm
