FROM THE PRINCIPAL
Dear Parent/Guardians,
WCEA Visit
This week we had a team from WCEA visiting our school community. Today we received the final report, and the visiting team was very impressed with our school community. They particularly were impressed with how our students articulated themselves about how happy they were to be at All Souls Catholic School and to experience a sense of community. From this process, we will be accredited for the next six years. I wish to thank all the teachers and staff at the school for preparing this accreditation process. A lot of hard work has gone into the preparation of the visit that started roughly 18 months ago. I also wish to thank the school board and Father Casimir for supporting our school community.
I wish to share with you a summary of thoughts from the WCEA Visiting Committee. We received this summary this afternoon.
"The Visiting Committee observed that the All Souls School administration are dedicated and committed professionals who are focused on the support of their faculty, building the relationship with the parents, and the wellbeing of the students.
The Visiting Committee observed that the All Souls School faculty serves as role models for the school’s Catholic Identity and Catholic values. They acknowledge the importance of the SLEs and ensure they are implemented into daily instruction. They are committed to grow as professional educators.
The Visiting Committee observed that the All Souls School pastor is a thoughtful supporter of the school and works in collaboration with the school administration to foster a strong relationship with the school and parish.
The Visiting Committee observed that the All Souls School parents represent a culturally diverse community and are dedicated to having their children achieve a Catholic education. They display great pride in their school and take an active role in their children’s education. They are appreciative of the faculty and staff and are committed to this partnership.
The Visiting Committee observed that the All Souls School students are shining examples of Active Christians, Confident Communicators, Fully Integrated Individuals, Life Long Learners and Responsible Citizens. Their love of learning, enthusiasm and joy for All Souls School was truly evident."
