Week of December 15th! β
Good Evening Killam Families,
I can't believe we are a week away from our winter break. We have had a wonderful, successful fall full of learning and growth with your students.
I have been so impressed with our student's writing and research during the current Unit 2 ARC work. I've also noticed how diligently our teachers are working to support our student readers through small group instruction. Many students are being reassessed and are engaging in new texts.
This week is a fun week celebrating all winter holidays. A reminder to please oblige to district allergy policies. We also welcome your students to join our dress up days, and which can be found below.
The building will be closed through the New Year. We look forward to welcoming your students back to school on Thursday, January 2nd.
Have a wonderful break with your family and see you in 2025!
Lindsey Fulton, Principal
Spirit Week This Weekππ
It's Cold Outside!.. which means rolling car drop off is busy! π
PLEASE:
- Pull ALL the way up! This means to the end of the school building.
- Students should exit anywhere along the sidewalk and Ms. Hallett or I will assist them into the building.
- ALL students being dropped off from 8:15-8:25 am in the line must enter through the front door
- Students should exit the car independently. Parents/Guardians should remain in their vehicles
- NO left hand turns out of the front loop. This congests road traffic.
