Sporting Events Update
- This past week students had the opportunity to learn about safety, procedures, and school spirit when attending sporting events at WMS and South High School from South High School Principal Andy Suttell, WMS AP Mrs. Johnson, and WMS Principal Mr. Greene. Collaboration between both schools supported all WMS students to assure they are prepared to have a safe and enjoyable experience during WMS and South High School sporting events. Safety is a top priority and we want to assure all students embrace the opportunity to enjoy watching and cheering on their family, friends, and classmates as they compete.
Student Drop Off Line and Pick Up Line Updates
- WMS School Community, Thank you for your support with the morning drop off and after school pick up process. Our goal is to assure you can safely drop off and pick up your child at WMS. Please note the new signs located on the After School Pick Up line sidewalks asking for all pick up vehicles to pull up so we have room for vehicles entering the pick up area.

School BusZone Tracker App
As we seek to effectively communicate with families, we wanted to share some exciting news with those who use our district-provided bus service. We have available the BusZone Tracker App that will allow parents and guardians to securely view the location of all of their child(ren)’s bus locations in relation to their assigned bus stop. This application enables parents and guardians to view multiple stops on an assigned route, including the scheduled arrival time for each stop. The service is free of charge to parents/guardians and provided at no additional cost to the school districts serviced by Petermann. Use of the application is voluntary.
- You can get more information, sign-up and create your secure login to use the application on your smart phone by viewing the flyer link. To sign up, please review the BusZone Parent Flyer with Access Code. You will need to download the BusZone app, and create an account. The access code is on the flyer. The access code is: 6407WESD.
