Please remember that the final day of school for Gateway students will be Wednesday, May 22nd! Summer School (NLL) will be held May 29th through July 3rd.

On behalf of all the staff at Gateway, have a great summer!!!!

Thanks so much for all of the Gateway families that are participating in our spring fundraiser!!! Funds raised from chocolate sales help to pay for field trips, our soaring eagle signs, soaring eagle t-shirts, classroom party supplies, field day activities and so much more throughout the school year!!!

We are hoping to have all money collected by Monday, May 20th. Prizes for fundraiser participants are scheduled to be delivered soon after. All money must be collected in order to receive prizes!!

This week is Staff Appreciation Week here at Gateway. 🎉 We're taking this opportunity to show some extra love and gratitude to our amazing staff members who work tirelessly to support our students and make Gateway such a fantastic place to learn and grow.

We'd love to invite you to join in on the fun by sending a kind note or message to any staff member who has made a positive impact on your child's life. Whether it's a teacher, counselor, custodian, or anyone else, your words of appreciation mean the world to them.

Please take a few minutes to check around your home for any Gateway school library books. Please return all library books as soon as possible.

It might be a challenge for your child to stay focused as the school year winds down. Inspire your child to continue doing their best by comparing work samples from the beginning of the school year to the end of the year!! Seeing how far they have come over the course of the school year might motivate them to keep growing over these last few days!!!!

If your child is missing any items of clothing, please ask them to check the lost and found prior to the last day of school. The lost and found items are located at the school's main entrance.

Please see the information below for summer opportunities at the Kroc Center.

Please join the Southeast Precinct Officers on Thursday, May 9th from 6-8pm at Isla del Mar restaurant for POP with a COP.

Kids can get their faces painted and everyone gets a chance to enjoy a free pop while they sit and visit with their neighborhood Police officer. This is great way to for law enforcement and the community to build stronger working relationships. Be sure to visit the information table as you come in.
