Better Together
While this is not our ideal situation, I am encouraged by the fact that the things that matter the most in education have not changed.
- Teachers still get to do what they love and what they are passionate about which is educating and inspiring kids.
- Students still have the opportunity to get to see and interact with their friends and have great learning experiences.
- Relationships that will last a lifetime will be made.
- There will be laughter in our halls and classrooms and on the playground and also in our virtual classrooms on the computer screen.
- Students, teachers, and even parents will learn new technology that will benefit them both now and in the future.
- And we will all get to learn a little more patience, grit, and flexibility!
Because we know that we are BETTER when we are TOGETHER
First Day Reminders for Student Drop Off and Pick Up
This year WE NEED ALL PARENTS TO DROP OFF AND PICK UP THEIR CHILD IN THE CAR RIDER LINE.
Due to safety protocols, we are not allowing parents to park and walk up in the morning or at pick-up. This is to ensure the safety of all of our students and parents and to help expedite our new health screening process.
As a reminder, if you are picking up your child from school, please have your car rider sign that you will receive visible on your dashboard. We appreciate your cooperation as this is critical in order to help us have a safe and efficient pick-up process. If you need extra car rider signs, please contact the front office. Also, if you are waiting in the car line, PLEASE DO NOT BLOCK the driveways or mailboxes on Lois Street. We want to ensure that residents can easily get in and out of their homes with no disruption.
We appreciate your patience with us the first week as we teach the students our procedures for screening in the morning and pick-up in the afternoon. Our goal is to make drop-off and pick-up times quick and efficient, however our first priority is always the safety of our students.
Please watch the video with your child so that they know what to expect on the first day!

- Only visitors/parents with scheduled appointments will be allowed into the main part of the building
- All visitors with pre-scheduled appointments (i.e. ARD meetings or parent / teacher conference) will complete a health screening and be given a badge
- If you need to drop off medication, please feel free to come in and meet with our nurse
- If you will be dropping your child off late or picking them up early for an appointment, please come to front office and sign your child out
